Ground Floor

On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen inclusive of modern appliances, Oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
In the lounge area there is comfortable seating , A TV with UK Sky TV and free wifi throughout the villa.

First Floor

As you go to go upstairs to the first floor, there is a W.c and a cupboard that houses the washing machine.
There are a double and a twin room both with balconies.

These bedrooms share a large shower room.

Second Floor

On the 2nd floor are a further 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin with a shared bathroom. Both rooms have balconies with amazing views.

Outside

Outside the property there is a large terrace with a large dinning table for 8 people, plenty of sunbeds and parasols are around the impressive pool, there is also a BBQ.

The pool , gardens and villa are maintained to a very high standard.

The villa is set in the lower part of Ovacik so you can walk to the main Ölüdeniz/Hisaronu road where you can walk down to Hisaronu village, or you can catch a Dolmuş ( local bus) which stops when you put your hand out, this and taxi’s are very cheap to get around.
There is a taxi call button outside the villa and they are there within minutes.

On arrival you will find a detailed brochure in the villa of important numbers you may need during your stay, there is also information about the area, excursions, boat trips and recommended restaurants, we are happy to arrange any of these for you.
A welcome pack can be provided upon request.

The Villa will be made ready for your arrival, this is a self catering villa, if you wish a mid week /mid stay clean it can be arranged and paid for in resort.

Kholidays can arrange your private airport transfers from Dalaman, your driver will have the villa keys and see you into the villa.
If you are arranging your own transfers, I will give you a contact number so we can arrange to get the villa keys to you.
