This villa is a very Spacious 3 bedroom,3 en suite villa situated in a quiet residential area in the hills of Ovacik yet only 11 – 12 minute walk into the lively and bustling town of Hisaronu with restaurants ,shops and bars.

Emerald Villa 9 consists of an open plan spacious lounge/dining area which incorporates a fully fitted kitchen,  free wi fi Sky Tv and patio doors leading out to the terrace with further dining for 6, over looking gardens and access via a few steps down to the massive circular swimming pool with a separate children’s section.

First Floor

There are 3 bedrooms, all en suite , 2 double rooms and a twin room, all have balconies.

Outside

Ideal for families and friends- plenty of water sports,activities and water park are nearby.
Ölüdeniz and Fethiye are easily reached by local Dolmus (Bus) which is very reasonably priced, they run every 10 minutes, from early til late.
Boat trips are available from Ölüdeniz and Fethiye Harbour to many beautiful beaches and islands.
