This villa is on 3 levels affording enough space and comfort for 2 families to stay together and still have separate living quarters. It is very comfortably furnished and most bedrooms have their own balcony or access to the huge terrace that surrounds the property to 3 sides.
Ground Floor
An open plan living area there is comfortable seating and dining table and chairs, on this level there is a well equipped kitchen with oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster. There is also a cloakroom on this level
First Floor
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, a double with en suite and a twin with ensuite , bothe have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables and balconies.
Lower ground floor/Bodrum
Newly redecorated and re tiled may 2018, there is a spacious lounge area and a cupboard that houses the washing machine, there is a double bedroom with en suite and a twin room with a separate bathroom.Bboth bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dressing tables.
Outside
To the rear of the villa is a stunning crystal clear swimming pool newly tiled and is surrounded by a private garden and boundary wall. The large terrace accessed from the kitchen and living room overlooks the pool and sunbathing area with a tidy brick built bbq found within the garden area. Plenty of sunbed and parasols for 8 people.

We have been coming to this region of Turkey for over 20years and have stayed in various types of accommodation.
We chose a villa this year as my daughter had an 11 month old baby and we felt this would be more suitable.
The villa was lovely and had everything we needed. The basement rooms were so cool you didn’t even need to use the air-con.
The steps in the pool made it easier to get in and out and the baby loved splashing around on the top step.
We were surprised when we switched the TV on and saw that we had all the channels we have at home plus Sky. My husband loves football and horse racing and was able to watch some of this. We even had the Anthony Joshua boxing, which would have been pay to view back in the UK.
The villa had easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and bars plus a yellow button virtually outside to call taxis if needed although it was only around 15mins to walk into Hisaronu.The hosts Noel and Jayne Kennedy were brilliant and were quick to respond when we realised after arriving at the airport we had left a case at the villa. A taxi carrying the case was quickly dispatched and arrived just in time to check in.
We would definitely come back to this villa.

Sunrise villa 1
having just got back home we were sad to leave such a wonderful villa, it was exactly how it was advertised if not better my only issue was on arrival the pool man had left the access great to the pool open which had it been dark on arrival and we had have had small children exited by the pool we may have had an accident. This was brought to the attention of the villa manager whom was very understanding and promised to speak to the pool man, other than that absolutely good communication between Noel , Jayne and our family , very helpful great information booklet left in villa for us to adventure out well laid out and presented. highly recommend from the wood family look forward to our second visit

FANTASIC VILLA
We stayed here july 2019, its in a great position for shops, bars etc. noel was great in sorting out any problems we had. we couldn’t fault it.
